Use of Cookies
This website may use technical cookies (small data files sent from the server to the user’s computer) to perform certain functions deemed essential for the proper functioning and display of the website. These cookies are temporary in nature, designed solely to make browsing more efficient, and are deleted once the user’s session ends. These cookies do not, in themselves, provide personal data and are not used to collect such data.

The website’s server may also recognize the user’s browser to facilitate browsing—for example, allowing access to previously registered areas, services, promotions, or contests without requiring the user to log in for each visit. Cookies may also be used for audience measurement, traffic parameters, tracking, and access statistics. These are non-essential cookies but beneficial to the user. This website will not install non-essential cookies without the user’s prior consent.

This website uses first- and third-party cookies for analytics and to show you personalized advertising based on a profile created from your browsing behavior (e.g., pages visited). All users are informed of this via a floating banner. If accepted, the banner will disappear. Users may revoke consent or learn more by consulting the site’s Cookie Policy.

Users may configure their browser to receive alerts about cookies and to prevent their installation. Please consult your browser’s instructions for further information.

Link Policy
This website may redirect users to content on third-party websites. Since the CONTROLLER cannot always control the content posted by third parties, it assumes no responsibility for such content. In any case, the CONTROLLER will remove any content that may contravene national or international law, morality, or public order, and will notify the relevant authorities.

The CONTROLLER is not responsible for information and content stored—by way of example but not limited to—in forums, chats, blogs, comments, social networks, or other platforms that allow third parties to independently post content. However, in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSICE, the CONTROLLER makes itself available to users, authorities, and law enforcement agencies to actively cooperate in the removal or blocking of content that may infringe rights or violate the law, morality, or public order.

If a user considers that the website contains any content that may fall under this classification, they are asked to notify the website administrator immediately.

This website has been reviewed and tested to function correctly. In principle, proper functionality can be guaranteed 24/7, 365 days a year. However, the CONTROLLER does not rule out the possibility of programming errors, force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances that may make access to the website impossible.

IP Addresses
Website servers may automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the internet. All this information is stored in a duly registered server activity file, allowing for subsequent data processing for purely statistical purposes, such as measuring page impressions, the number of visits to web servers, the order of visits, points of access, etc.

4. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

To resolve all disputes or issues related to this website or the activities conducted on it, Spanish law shall apply, and the parties expressly submit to it. The competent courts for resolving all disputes arising from or related to the website’s use shall be those of the user’s domicile or the place of performance of the obligation.

5. PAYMENT METHODS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The owner of this website uses Stripe as a secure payment gateway for managing card transactions. Stripe accepts most credit and debit cards issued by national and international financial institutions (including, among others, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).

However, users are expressly informed that certain co-branded cards or cards linked to airline loyalty or rewards programs, banking entities, or similar organizations , such as “Iberia Icon” cards or other equivalent types, may not be compatible with Stripe’s payment processing system.

This incompatibility is due to technical limitations and configuration settings established by the issuing entities, which are beyond the control of the website owner and may prevent proper transaction authorization through Stripe. Consequently, payments made with these types of cards may be automatically declined by the system, and users are advised to use an alternative card to complete their transaction.

The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of confirmation through the payment platform enabled on this website.

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge provided that the cancellation request is made at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled arrival date.

If the cancellation is made within the free cancellation period, the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used to complete the reservation, subject to the processing times established by the relevant financial institutions and payment service providers.

Cancellations made less than 14 calendar days before the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund. Likewise, failure to arrive at the property (no-show) will result in the loss of the total amount paid.

The website owner reserves the right to apply these cancellation conditions in accordance with the reservation policy accepted by the guest at the time of booking.
